Emilia-Romagna is a region located in the north-eastern part of Italy, bordered to the south with the Marche, Tuscany and the Republic of San Marino, to the north with Veneto and Lombardy, to the east it is wet from the Adriatic Sea and to the west it borders with Piedmont and Liguria. It is made up of two regions: Emilia, with the provinces of Piacenza, Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena, Ferrara and part of the province of Bologna; Romagna, which includes the provinces of Rimini, Ravenna, Forlì-Cesena and the eastern part of the province of Bologna.
The Adriatic coast, from the Ferrara beaches to the marinas of Ravenna, Cervia, Cesenatico, Rimini, Riccione and Cattolica, reaches the length of 110 km of beach and excellent quality services. Campsites in Emilia Romagna by the sea are in the first places in Italy for the number of customers and for the presence of tourists, especially the category of family camping.
