A rich heritage, all to be discovered

Historical center of Comacchio, the capital among the towns of the Po Delta, in the main museums and points of interest. Visits to the civic museums are not to be missed: the ancient factory for marinating eels, the Delta Antico archaeological museum which houses evidence of the Etruscan city of Spina, the cargo of a Roman boat from the 1st century BC. C. and finds that tell the birth of Comacchio in the early Middle Ages, the museum of contemporary art Casa Museo Remo Brindisi which collects a rich collection of twentieth century art.
